2. Shipping and Delivery
- Standard Delivery: We source products from global design hubs. Our standard delivery window to Ethiopia is 10 to 25 business days.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on all orders exceeding 12,000 ETB.
- Shipping Costs: Orders below 12,000 ETB will be subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your specific location within Ethiopia.
3. Student Discount Policy
- Eligible students are entitled to a 10% discount on all orders.
- To qualify, users must provide a valid University or College ID for verification via our support channels.
- The discount code provided is for personal use only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payments through authorized Ethiopian gateways, including Telebirr and Chapa. Prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). Your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
5. Product Accuracy and Ranking
- We strive to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.
- Our Ranking Policy is data-driven. Items are ranked based on customer reviews, stock availability, and community popularity. We do not accept paid placements from suppliers.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the international nature of our logistics, returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim.
7. Limitation of Liability
BARQOT shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by customs processing, international transit issues, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
